Hasselback Sweet Potatoes

Another eye pleasing way to eat rich and delicious sweet potatoes! Prepare them hasselback and bake them in the oven for a perfect side dish!

Hasselback Sweet Potatoes

2 large sweet potatoes Olive oil Salt Pepper 1 teaspoon butter Parsley for garnish

Thoroughly wash sweet potatoes. Using a sharp knife carefully cut into slices only reaching half way down. Do not cut through the sweet potato. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake in oven for 1 hour at 180°c. Remove from oven and place on serving plate. Top with butter and parsley flakes.

Enjoy hot!
