Plum Sauce

A rich and tangy plum sauce that adds a punch to any dish. Pairs beautifully with steak or grilled chicken. A great way to mix it up from the usual!

Plum Sauce


6 plums peeled, pitted and cut

1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic

1/2 teaspoon crushed ginger

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons lemon juice


Boil together till plums have softened. Blend smooth. Serve with steak or grilled chicken.
